Free UK Shipping — Always

At Vellora, we believe great products should come without delivery surprises. That's why we offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum spend, no exceptions.

Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses typically takes 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.

Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with full tracking. You can track your delivery using the link provided in your dispatch email, or visit our Track My Order page at any time. Simply enter your order number and email address to view your delivery status.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all mainland UK addresses. This includes England, Scotland, and Wales. Please note that delivery to some remote areas (including Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands) may require additional time.

We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working to expand our delivery coverage — please sign up to our newsletter to be notified when this becomes available.

Missing or Late Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first as items are occasionally held at a local depot or a delivery attempt may have been made while you were out. If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
