Free UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order to mainland UK addresses — no minimum spend.

Order Dispatch

Almost everything we sell — our botanical prints, cushion covers and organic cotton tees — is made to order by our UK print partner. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before your order is dispatched. Any ready-to-ship stock items are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Dispatch times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays; the individual product page always shows the timing for that item.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, your order is handled by our courier partner and typically arrives within 3–5 working days for mainland UK addresses, so most made-to-order items arrive within about 6–10 working days of ordering. Your dispatch email includes a tracking link.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will contact you.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where no specific delivery date has been agreed we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the order being placed.

Tracking Your Order

Where a tracking number is available for your order, it will be included in your dispatch email. You can also visit our Track My Order page and enter your order number and email address.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to mainland UK addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery to some remote areas (including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) may take additional time or may not be available for every item.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Missing or Late Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first, as items are occasionally held at a local depot or a delivery attempt may have been made while you were out. If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and we will investigate.
