Track Your Vellora Order
Every Vellora order comes with full tracking so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to your door.
How to Track Your Order
You have two easy ways to track your delivery:
Option 1 — Use Your Dispatch Email
When your order is dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your delivery in real time. Simply click the link in that email.
Option 2 — Contact Us
If you haven't received your dispatch email or can't find your tracking link, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and we'll provide your tracking details immediately.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.
My Order Hasn't Arrived Yet
If your order is showing as dispatched but hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your tracking link for any delivery attempt notifications
- Check if a delivery card has been left at your property
- Check with a neighbour in case it was left with them
- Contact us via our Contact Us page if still unresolved
We investigate all missing delivery reports promptly and will arrange a replacement or refund if your item cannot be located.
