Track your order
Once your order has been dispatched you can follow it to your door.
Use your dispatch email
When your order is dispatched we email you a confirmation with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Click the link in that email.
Or contact us
If you have not received a dispatch email, or cannot find your tracking link, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will send your tracking details.
Timings
Our prints, cushion covers and tees are made to order by our UK print partner, so please allow 3–5 working days for production before dispatch. Delivery to mainland UK then usually takes 3–5 working days, so most orders arrive within about 6–10 working days of ordering. Dispatch can take longer during peak periods and public holidays. The delivery estimate for your item is shown on the product page and confirmed in your dispatch email.
If your order has not arrived
If tracking shows your order as dispatched but it has not reached you, it is worth checking:
- your tracking link, for any attempted-delivery notice
- whether a delivery card has been left
- whether a neighbour has taken it in
- any safe place your carrier may have used
If none of that explains it, contact us with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and put it right — either by replacing the item or refunding you.
