Delivery

We dispatch from the UK and deliver across the United Kingdom.

Dispatch

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Between October and December, when our suppliers are busiest, this can extend to 3 to 4 working days.

Delivery times

Most UK orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days of being placed.

The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles can take a little longer.

These are the times our couriers give us. They are not guarantees, and occasionally a parcel takes longer. If yours is late, write to us and we will chase it.

Delivery cost

Free on every UK order. No minimum spend, no surcharges. We do not currently offer a paid express service, because we would rather not promise a speed we cannot control.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived within a few hours of that email, please check your spam folder before writing to us.

If something goes wrong

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If a parcel is lost, damaged or delayed in transit, that is ours to sort out, not yours. Write to us at hello@shopvellora.co.uk and we will replace it or refund you.

Outside the UK

We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.
